Happy First Birthday!

Isabelle's birthday was March 10th. She's my big one year old girl now. Some of her favorite things are baths. She tries to climb in the bath whenever the door is open. She loves opening cupboards and drawers. She does love to kiss her babies but isn't into really playing with them just yet. My hairbands frequently become bracelets, and she's starting to love hats. Shoes have been an obsession for awhile now, however she's starting to bring us her shoes when she wants them on, and when we're in a store and she spots shoes her's automatically come off so she can get new ones on.
She's also become bossy. Isabelle is a monkey so she loves to stand up on our little chairs and point her finger while talking loudly. Daddy is another of her favorite things, well people, as soon as she sees him she runs to him, and grabs on until he picks her up. Dada is the only word she really says, except when Sio is making her mad, or daddy rubs his beard on her and she yells,"Op!". Isabelle also adores her brother, everything he does in hilarious, and when we pick him up from school her face lights up when she sees him.
It's very different shopping for a girl and at first I didn't know what to buy, and now I wish I could stop. I got her a princess chair, because sitting in mini chairs is something else she loves, a cabbage patch doll that looks like the one I had, and a stroller. We just had pizza at home as a family and she loved her chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting of course. She also got some necklaces and bracelets from my mom but she wore them after her bath so we won't be posting those pics. I know Isabelle didn't really get that the day was about her but I got her a tiara to wear anyway. She is daddy's little princess! Alekisio had fun with her toys too as you can see.
