Sio turned SIX!

I wanted to throw Sio a really fun party so I decided to have a bug hunt. I sewed the goody bags and made a book where the kids could draw the bugs they find. We had a bug hunt, sprayed "webs" (silly string) at bugs in a web, wrapped the dad's in a cocoon, and hit the pinata. I was a little bummed because the pavillion wasn't decorated all the way before people got there but I think he'll remember his party for a long time!

Spider Pinata

I planned a bug hunt for Sio's birthday and he wanted a spider pinata. I knew basically how to make one but luckily we had two pinata pros serving in our ward. They made a pinata that no one could break. We may have used a tad too much duct tape. Elder Birch's birthday was five days before Alekisio's so we got him a birthday cake. Elder Birch totally won over Isabelle. She may have a small crush:)

Ice cream monster

Isabelle was bringing me my ice cream and decided to eat it, she loves her ice cream!

Sio's End of Year Award Ceremony

Alekisio was awesome this year. He passed all of his tests with flying colors and was in the advanced reading group! We loved his teacher Mrs. Clark and were very sad to say goodbye.

Isabelle's 3rd Pinkalicious birthday party!

Isabelle is three now! I can't believe it. I wanted it to be really special and may have gotten carried away....just a little. I had fun making everything and Naomi rocked out the favor tag and name card stickers. I have no idea how to use photoshop. Everything had to be pinkalicious, Isabelle was so excited she couldn't wait! So here's her pinkalicious party....
